NESC or Alight problem getting through

My wife retired in June this year and getting her pension started has been a NIGHTMARE! In the first week of November ber they told us everything was finally in order and everything will be started. Here we are in December and nothing. So we’ve been calling every day and requesting a call back.... nothing. So now we’re on hold, and it’s been almost 4 F***ING hours!!! What the hell is going on at NESC?!

I resigned from Ford a few years back.  There seems to have been a date error in my HR records that was sent to the travel agency and NESC.   I kept asking why do I always have to see as gate agent?  The agent said, "Because the system shows you as an infant".   Now I am trying to reset the password and challenge/response questions that I have long since forgotten with NESC.    They told me to send a LOT of personal information to an address in Texas.   Birth certificate, drivers license, social security card.   I did that, and STILL there is no resolution, not even the professional courtesy of a response. When I call, they will not disclose where things are in the process because I can't validate my birth date or challenge response questions, never got a PIN, and  they cannot/will not even check to see where my letter is with all the data I sent.  Is it lost?  DId they receive it?  Is it in process?

 

FORD--- people who leave are people who still buy cars, service, mobility products.   When these things happen and we share with friends and family, they don't remember NESC or Alright or whoever you contracted with...they remember Ford and that tarnishes the brand image and does not help business.  If we cannot get something simple as retirement benefits done right, how are we able to do complex processes of bringing vehicles into existence, what is our quality like.  This is what people think.   Sadly, I see I'm not the only one having issues with NESC.

 

I will send ONE more letter to NESC.  If this is not resolved in 10 days, I will file complaints with the FTC and SEC as my funds have been tied up for over 3 years now because of a date in the system that i have repeatedly provided the proof of the date should be.
