HotRunrGuy Posted December 20, 2019 Share Posted December 20, 2019 (edited) So, coming back into IL this afternoon, 3 shiny-new Explorers, with IT (in-transit) plates on them, were weaving in & out of lanes on the south end of I-294, eventually exiting at Halsted. They still had a bunch of vinyl squares all over the bodies, so I'm assuming that some plant personnel were out doing some road testing. The way they were driving, it was pretty obvious they didn't have their own dollars invested in them,,,, Just in case your new blue ST, or new gray XLT's, has a few miles on the clock.
