At some point, Ford is gonna have to actually sell more vehicles to increase profit. But how much did Ford have to spend on warranty and one time restructuring in South America and Europe? I think it was probably several Billion. If you take that out and just look at vehicle sales I think the profits are pretty good. Therefore the key is to lower those warranty costs and finish the restructuring. I don't think it's as bad as folks think just looking at the bottom line numbers.
