But how much did Ford have to spend on warranty and one time restructuring in South America and Europe?   I think it was probably several Billion.   If you take that out and just look at vehicle sales I think the profits are pretty good.   Therefore the key is to lower those warranty costs and finish the restructuring.   I don't think it's as bad as folks think just looking at the bottom line numbers.
