dwg Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Hi all, I have 2019 Edge that is only a few months old. I have just recently had the opportunity to use the rear window defroster. The defroster has two seperate grids. The main grid covers most of the window while the second grid covers a small area across the top of the window. It appears that the top grid is not working. In the picture the top of the window still has condensation while the bottom gris is clear. I am assuming there is something wrong with the top grid and I need to take it to the dealer but before scheduling an appointment I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that their defroster works the same way and it is just the way the defroster is made.
