Fluctuating throttle

I have a 2013 Edge SE (AWD) 3.5L, 135,000 miles. For awhile now my throttle fluctuates around 200 rpms or so back and forth. Sometimes it happens all the time except when you get on it. There are also times it only does it when I’m lightly accelerating. It feels kinda like a slight mis. Took it to the Ford dealer and they told me I have multiple misfires and told me I needed to change the spark plugs and boots. I did that and nothing changed. There is no check engine light and no codes on my scanner. I eventually changed the ignition coils thinking maybe that was causing it but it’s still doing it. Sometimes it doesn’t do it at all and the car runs like a champ. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could possibly be. I don’t want to keep throwing parts at it. I have read that these cars have throttle body issues, maybe that’s it?? I have also heard about flashing the computer. Could it possibly be a transmission issue?  If anyone has a situation like me or has info on the subject I would greatly appreciate your feedback. Thank.

WIthout a more capable scan tool, a cheap and easy thing to try: Buy a bottle of "shudder fixx" trans additive and put it in the trans. Comes in a red 2 oz bottle. Have been seeing a rash of PCM's "chasing" converter lockup because either the solenoid is hanging, the valve body is worn or the converter clutch itself is damaged. IF the additive improves or even eliminates the issue, you know it is trans related. *This is not a permanent fix*  although it might last a while.
