Love Tractor
I'm new here so be gentle. I can't get the trip meter or the mileage gauge to work on my 2020 ST. I ended up here because my google queries kept bringing me to this forum. I've contacted the dealer and read the owners manual front to back. The manual has nothing for me and the dealer keeps telling me I have to bring it in to see the "product specialist" who travels there once a month which is a pain in my rear. Any ideas? I'm guessing the fix is easy and quick and I'm just overlooking something stupid. Thanks for any help.

You don't know how many miles your ST has because it doesn't display? It displays but doesn't change? Trip meters, they don't zero out when you select them and hold the "OK" button? Love Tractor
MPG gauge always reads zero. Trip 1 and Trip 2 always read zero. There does not appear to be a way to enable/disable trip meter (1 or 2) in any menu or in the owners manual. Odometer is fine.
akirby
Mpg and trip 1 and 2 should always be active whether they’re displayed or not. If yours stay at zero something is terribly wrong.

If they are always reading zero and do not change, there is a glitch somewhere. You need to make a service appointment. Any workarounds and/or "resets" would most likely only be putting a bandaid on a deeper issue. So better to have it properly diagnosed and corrected now. I am a bit confused as to why you need to wait for a "product specialist" to have this looked at. However, if that is the case, then have your Dealer make an appointment now, for when they will be there. Let us know how you make out and good luck. Love Tractor
Just made the appointment for next week. Tech said it may be the dash cluster which will need to be replaced. Thanks for the questions and input. Thankful I bought the extended warranty.
kluger
If I recall, press "OK" on right keypad when the trip odometer is displayed and it will pause the display. Press "OK" again to resume.
