Securicode but no keypad?

There's always the stick-on version for <100 bucks that is easy to install - doesn't look as good but can't imagine having a truck without the keypad.

There are definitely no raised buttons and I don't see one under an applique. I'm guessing the code went with a different truck and the dealer didn't realize it. Just wasn't sure if there was another reason for it. Thanks for the replies!
