Did you check your Owners Manual to see if it can be manually reset in the Drivers Information Center? If you checked and it can not be manually reset, don't worry, as it will reset itself. The "Miles to Empty" readout uses a running average of the previous ~500 miles to perform its calculations. So it will recalculate as you drive the vehicle and are using fuel again. Alternately, you may be able to reset it by disconnecting the battery. However, i would advise against that, as you will lose some other memorized functions (including some engine/transmission parameter memory). Then you will need to perform other procedures to re-establish them. My opinion: If it can not be reset in the Drivers Information Center, I would just let it relearn over the next ~500 miles.
