At this point I’ll keep waiting. I’m hoping the dealer sticks to the deal we made in the fall, and doesn’t decide to try and make a few extra bucks. U.S. retail orders are price protected to the prices in effect at the time the order was placed. I'd expect that Ford's policy would be the same for its Canadian customers. As such there would be no reason for your Dealer to try to change your agreement unless there's a trade-in involved and they want to change the appraised value/trade-in allowance due to time and/or mileage.
