Gm maybe in trouble after the mcr. Eh, they won't be in trouble - GM has such and entrenched following, they won't be in trouble anytime soon. BUT, Ford can slowly chip away at their lead over time with consistently great product in the segment, and over time can take over the segment, or at least gain parity with the triplets (sales wise).

Yes sir rmc523. When both Ford's and GM's full size SUVs go all-electric in the next product cycle, Ford will have a great opportunity to take market share away from GM in that segment. Especially if BEV F-150 is a success, which it almost certainly will be.

I agree, as long as they don’t pull the old Ford move of letting the Expy die on the vine.

When gas hit $4/gallon sales tanked and it wasn’t clear whether the market would come back. Then they had to wait for the new F150 platform and f150 launch. Going forward no big changes are needed and most of the F150 changes can be applied easily. And we know full sized trucks and utilities are cash cows so I think Ford will keep it and Navigator updated regularly.

Navigator also getting updates. So at least for now, doesn't seem like they're being left to rot.
