Decker
The ranks of true leadership at CAP has been reducing in numbers for years now. The replacement leaders have lacked in background and experience. Some were privileged to be given a chance to learn from proven and documented leadership but like the day we live in these recruits had bigger ideas than to be the sponge and learn from experience, knowledgeable and the people skills that those that lived the experience were offering. We lost another great leader that tried numerous times to pass on his skills, teach the small elements of production that made all benefit and alway had words of encouragement for those that truly tried hard. Claude Sylvester Ransom Jr. will be missed.
