Those notes are from the FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) and apply specifically apply to Fleet orders. The Spray-In Bedliner (96W) was a commodity restraint for scheduling Retail and Stock orders this past week but there's no other specific information regarding a delay for the option. It may be an issue of demand being beyond the off-site availability but Retail and Stock orders already scheduled should be produced without the extended delay.
