How much will the no heat pump hurt winter performance?

All cars are affected by cold temps. For EVs it is around 30% less range in the winter. A heat pump will help with warming up the battery and for heating occupants. If the outside air is below 32 there will not be a lot of advantages that current Heat Pump technology can provide

From what I understand, keeping it plugged in overnight in colder weather will also help with range issues.
