jlh4480 Posted August 28, 2021 Share Posted August 28, 2021 Hi all, I'm having difficulty setting up my phone as a key option on a 2020 Aviator. I have dl'ed the Lincoln Way app and have activated my vehicle and accepted the setup in Sync. On the app I can see my Aviator, lock/unlock doors and start. When I go to the "my vehicle" tab I can my vehicle and all the normal information. However, there is no prompt to add phone as a key. I contacted the concierge and utilized the chat function without success. I've also deleted/added the app multiple times. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance. After trying everything I could think of and multiple times of adding/removing my car and the app, I stopped trying. Approximately 10 hours later I opened the app, and there was the option to add phone as a key. I'm not sure if there is a timing component to it or not, but that's my experience.
