mikejones202
As I sit here patiently waiting for my truck to be built (Scheduled week of 10/11), I am trying to think of things I want to do to my truck right away....one of those things is getting a paint protection film over the front bumper and the windows tinted. What's everyone else doing or plan on doing? I plan on leaving wheels and tires stock til they need replaced.......unless I catch a wild hair up my butt LOL
Nighthawk37
Seat covers Floor mats Tonneau cover Bed box to keep the firewood dry Racks for kayaks Kayaks That should pretty much deplete what we’ll get for the Tundra.

IUEC135ELEVATOR
For me definitely seat covers. Those window vent visor things where you can crack the windows and it'll keep the rain out. New toolbox New Shiney BW gooseneck hitch(ball) I would like to have the front windows tinted to match the back. (Yeah inspection issues grumble grumble) When you get a new toy you have to buy new toys for your new toy. Floor mats Some kind of truck safe.. I haven't found anything I like, so it's something I will probably custom fabricate. Very soon a 5th wheel hitch. ( I have decided to go with the BMW through all the recommendations I got here.....thanks fellas!?) And then after all that, a nice file folder for the passenger seat, to hold my divorce papers for once the wife realizes what I have spent on all this...? Kory04
I have utilized the long wait time for my truck to shop for used accessories. Last weekend, I made a 150 mile circle and bought a set of 18" Lariat wheel/tire takeoffs that I'll use as my winter tires (still had the pressure sensors too!), and I'll keep my chrome ones for summer use. The seller also had a new Bak Revolver x4s tonneu cover that he sold for $200 (he rejected it for a tiny chip out of a plastic trim piece at the end of the cover), and they sent him a new replacement and didn't want the damaged one back. I also found a Ford drop in bed liner for $50 along the same trip. I'm working on finding used custom fitting rubber floor liners, but no luck yet. These are the small advantages to getting a new truck that is several model years old. If they redesign in 2023, there wouldn't be any used things to be had
Blackdiamond925
I have a long list, but I'm not doing anything until I'm comfortable the truck doesn't have problems. Not sure how patient I'll be. Edited September 24, 2021 by Blackdiamond925

Rcpd34
Ceramic coat is your friend. If you tow, consider bags. I also added an air horn and chuck to fill tires.

I really like the installation of the compressor controls in this location. Looks really neat and tidy and easily accessible.
