Can service personnel access Vehicle Visibility, or only sales/management staff? Authorized dealership staff can only access the Vehicle Visibility system for their own dealership's vehicle orders. The individual access would be granted by the dealership's IT Administrator. Although the Vehicle Visibility reports contain vast amounts of information, the information is sales related and not useful to service personnel.
