lawandorder Posted April 21, 2022 Share Posted April 21, 2022 Ill keep this short because the long version is really long. Have an 18 sport. Had white smoking issue. No TSBs related. Dealer checked twice. No solutions couldnt verify. After researching issue online found issue with Turbos and wastegate clip issue. Back to dealer five days of testing and confirmed yup. Missing clip to wastegate valve. 350 dollars later for 50 dollar clip and never going back but solved the smoking issue. Fast forward six months and smoking again. Anyone with more info or thoughts on what it could be? No idea how to check the waste gate function of turbos. Looking for any help. Thanks very much.
