posh Posted May 6, 2022 Share Posted May 6, 2022 I was finally able to get reimbursement for the replacement of the DEF Heater/Sender Unit (2 years ago) and the EGR Cooler (6 months ago) based on the updated Customer Satisfaction Programs for each.
