IF they get around to building them, they'll probably be the mix and match of parts they are currently are now.  Sorry, no multi contour seats, BAP on XLT, etc.  Get an ugly new grill area though.

I predict some will hate the changes, some will love the changes, most will be ok with the changes.

I cannot imagine Ford changes much considering they still have supply issues.

OMG Not Me!!!  I'm done waiting on new truck.  Took me over 8 months to get my 22.  I agree that it is fun to see new things but I plan to be buried in my 22.  😀

I think I will too. Will have the '22 to use until the '23 comes in.

Did they change the safety chain set up @ hitch reliever?

What is wrong with the safety chains?  I have two trailers one a TT the other a boat trailer with two different styles and I can get them on the 3" receiver setup.  Could it be easier? Yep.

LoL. I think you answered your own question with that last statement. Little improvements are always welcome.

the receiver hitch safety chain loops were terrible 17-21. I thought they changed them in 22?

I have 3 trailers with access to 3 others and have zero issues with the safety chains.  I don't get what the problem is.

The biggest complaint of independent reviewers is that the loop openings on Ford hitches are too small and set back too far.  This makes it hard to attach chain and breakaway clips.  For instance, I just got back from vacation using a 2019 F250 pulling a TT.  In order to get the safety chains clipped, I had to come in from an angle so that the hitch loop would actually fit through the clip on the chain hook.  Basically the base of the loop is too thick and the bottom of the opening is too high compared to other hitches.

Here is a picture of the bottom of a SD receiver I found (15,000 lb rating).

Compare to a Ram 2500 receiver (rating unknown):

GM's (20,000 lb rated) is similar to Ram in design:

The Ram and GM designs are much, much easier to attach clips to.

I put two of these on. No big deal. 2640 lb safe working load. $5

Or, these. 10,000 lb safe working load. About $12.
