HofstraJet Posted August 30, 2022 Share Posted August 30, 2022 My 2021 Nav recently started providing me with an annoying rear seat occupant alert whenever I turn the engine off. I found no way to turn it off. Went to the dealer a few weeks ago and they updated sync software as part of regular maintenance and there was suddenly an option to turn it off. But now the option is gone again. Any ideas what’s going on with this? I’m guessing an automatic system update was applied, but why would that be older than what the dealer installed?
