Beefmaster
Hello all! I finally got a new (used) truck. I bought a 2019 F250SD XLT with the 6.2 gas engine. On the window sticker it shows a block heater. I have looked all over the front bumper/tow hooks and do not see a plug. The previous owner never used it and did not know it had one. So can someone give me an idea as to where to start looking to find it? Where is the heating element located and I can start from there. I have found many videos on the diesel engine but nothing on the 6.2 gas. Thanks!

chukeeee
In the colder climates, like here in Western New York, they are standard equipment.

It was above the driver's side tow hook, hiden in the bumper. There is a clip that holds it out of the way.
sd350
Very interesting ! It must have been hidden well, they are usually effortless to see or find @ least on the diesel but pleasing to know. I am in MA & never seen 1 on a gas engine Thanks!
