RWTIII Posted February 12, 2023 Share Posted February 12, 2023 6.7 liter been making a chirping noise when the engine is shut down. Happens about 3-5 seconds after the engine is turned off. I've heard it happens to around 50% of the 6.7 liter diesels. Anyone know what causes this? I'm not sure if it's a belt or pully squeak or some kind of vacuum release.
