Maverick 4K trailer wiring problem

so my '23 has been at the dealer for over a week now, trying to address a problem with the trailer wiring circuit(s). There is no output for the running/tail lights, dealer has verified my concern, it's not something as simple as a fuse.  Brake/turn signal lights work fine. They keep using the term "mis-built", they have been in contact with Engineering, and have been given directions on how to proceed, but so far, nada.

 

Anyone have access to real fresh TSB releases, nothing turns up on the web.  This is not the prior trailer brake controller issue, this is something new.  I've heard of others with the same problem, so maybe not a 1-off issue.
