Greetings to all of my fellow Blue Oval devotees. I live near Cincinnati, OH and always have. Nearly 73 years. My dad worked at the Ford Parts Depot in Evendale, OH (Cincinnati) from 1950 until retirement in 1980. Needless to say I grew up interested in cars and specifically Fords. My wife of 50 years and I continue to buy Ford, Lincoln and in the day, Mercury products. OK. I do have to admit to the '63 Corvette coupe that I owned for a couple of years. Jet boats were more important and the 'vet was not a tow car so I replaced it with a Chevy 4x4 pickup for towing purposes. I ordered a Expedition late last month to replace my 2017. I have a 1969 Mach 1 R code for my fun car. Rescued from a stalled restoration in Jacksonville, FL a career body man took 2 1/2 years to complete the job. We go to local car shows and cruise-ins. I enjoy meeting and talking with people with my same interests.

I spent 26+ years as a street cop in my home city and 14 more as a deputy bailiff in the municipal court. I also spent 6 years in the U.S. Army Reserves in a Military Police unit. Sharon and I both retired in 2014 so we are able to do some traveling. Our son lives near Orlando so we visit the grandkids a couple of times a year. As I write this I am sitting in a rented condo in Cocoa Beach looking at the sun and waves as well as hoping to see 2 launches tonight. Thanks for reading my ramblings.   Dave.
