Remote auto "up" window feature removed after Nautilus Window Module recall

Recommended Posts

After taking my 2024 Nautilus in for the "Window Pinching Recall" I discoverd the "Auto Up" toggle was missing from my "Windows" settings... Only "Auto Down" remains. Took it to the dealer to see what was wrong... After some digging they said it was mentioned in the recall notification and said "the feature was removed as part of the recall fix"... They had no explaination as to why...

Not the best thing, now I can't put the windows back up remotely... No a good "fix" in my book... Anyone else notice this?

Obviously the pinch sensors weren’t working so they opted to disable them for safety.  If it’s a software problem they’ll probably reenable it later.

Agreed, and I hope they figure it out for a later update... Would have been nice to get a heads up...

Hi yes, traded in my 2020 Corsair now have a new 2025 Nautilus to just fine out the key fob does not work to roll up the windows. The setting screen does not show the permission icon. Not good Lincoln!

Relax, it’s a safety feature so nobody gets pinched.

My 2025 Corsair auto up and down function as normal... Not sure why they picked the Nautilus to disable the "up"... You'd think if it's a safety issue they would disable it across the board... 😕

Ugh.  The sensors weren't working on the Nautilus so they had to disable it there.  They are working fine on the Corsair, so no need to disable it on the Corsair.  No point in disabling it across the board if it's only malfunctioning on one line of vehicles.
