dtopford Posted August 22 Share Posted August 22 (edited) Hello, First I absolutely Love my new Expedition Tremor and Fordpass is soooo much better than the old Sync My Ride set up. That being said I wish that there was more functionality to the app. 1st I should be able to turn on and off zone lighting remotely while the vehicle is parked. Imagine you're our in an unlit parking area at night and you remotely turn on all zones and start your truck as you are walking out to it. This would be fantastic! 2nd I recently had to drop my Expedition off at a body shop to replace a front fender and wheel (Long story about an errant skid steer operator.) That being said they had my truck for about two weeks waiting on parts. I liked that I could open the app and see that the vehicle was still located inside their shop (IE not parked out back or being taken for a test ride). Until, just before I got it back I logged on and saw that the mileage was not the same and when I pulled up location I could see that they had taken it to the local tire shop to have the new wheel mounted. This got me thinking that there ought to be breadcrumbing on this vehicle. Turns out there is, but only from inside the cab... I wish that I could remotely turn on breadcrumbing when leaving the vehicle someplace be it a repair shop or a valet and it will tell me not only where it's at, but where it went getting there. 3rd It should send notifications when new accessories, products and services are available from Ford. I really want OEM mud flaps for my Expedition, however there are none available for my year yet (what is taking so long????) I would like it to notify me when they or anything for my vehicle becomes available. 4th Allow zone lighting to be functional while in off road/rock crawl mode. You can tell them what you like or don't like and what you wish it could do. They will take your information and pass the suggestions up to the engineers to see if they can be implemented. Might not go anywhere or you might wake up in the morning and discover that you truck has learned a new trick LOL.
