Holtd Posted September 2, 2025 Share Posted September 2, 2025 I just wanted to give heads up on a issue I had. I have a 17 focus that wouldn't shut off after the key was turned and removed. If i cycled the key it would then shut off. I have a buddy I went to school with that works at the local dealer so I took it to him. He found I had moisture in my right head light and he figured out that the day time LED strip must of been shorted and back fed to the ignition. He pulled the fuse to the LED and everything worked as should again. Car has 244,000 miles on it now and still runs strong. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
