Bronco, Explorer, and Expy are doing well.  Mach E rebounded.  I'm surprised to see Ranger down, given its low numbers already, but I'd guess they're still prioritizing Bronco over Ranger production.

Lincoln had to compete against crazy numbers in August last year, but still up overall on the year.

Mach E no doubt benefitting from the upcoming Federal Tax Credit demise. I doubt Ford is currently production constrained regarding Bronco/Ranger. Through the first 8 months of 2025, combined Bronco/Ranger sales are on a 215,000 annual pace. I’m guessing MAP can produce 300,000 or more annually.

As a Kirby said, MAP is on two shifts and

prioritising higher profit Bronco builds

10-4. Apparently Ford doesn’t think Ranger sales can support another shift and/or fears cannibalizing F 150 sales.

Parts supply contracts are usually fairly lengthy, maybe they are stuck with a certain build profile / proportion of Broncos vs Rangers for now, I don’t know, just guessing it’s something like that

I'd guess if Maverick didn't exist, they'd be pushing Ranger more, but with Maverick around, it lets them get some Ranger volume, while prioritizing Bronco at the plant.

It also means they don’t need stripped down Rangers to meet a lower price point.

And North America finally got the type of “Ranger” it wanted back in 2006 when the original T6 kick off meeting began.

Theres a lot to like about Maverick, surprised it took them until the late twenty teens to develop one….although Ford Europe used to jealously guard its C1/C2 product design and development…

LOL, guess I answered my own questions…

Honestly, I've wondered why they don't try Maverick in Europe - seems like it'd be a great product for the smaller roads.

Unless it's the same "F-150 logic" in the early 2000s of not wanting to encroach on Ranger sales.

Their emission rules are getting really tough,

especially on 2WDs.

We follow a lot of the Euro regs here in Australia

and recently Ford had to drop the RWDEverest or

face hefty fines

I wonder if we'll see the CE1 "EV Maverick" spread around the globe.  It would only make sense to me.....which is why Ford won't do it lol.

It could be driven in some parts of Europe. But on some city roads the Maverick would still be too big.
