James Allan Posted October 3, 2025 Share Posted October 3, 2025 🤫Does anyone have problems entering their preferred dealer on the app. The nearest Lincoln dealer is over 400km from my residence. There are two Ford dealerships near me but the app doesn’t recognize them cause not Lincoln. Family owned dealership has two locations, a Ford store (downtown) and a Ford and Lincoln store (auto mall), about five miles apart. I’ve never been able to set the Lincoln store as my preferred dealer (I can select it in the app search but it doesn’t set and reverts to the downtown Ford store location as preferred on the main Service screen).  My warranty service in August is recorded in the app. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
