Eli
I was careless and damaged a piece of trim on the rear of my 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I prefer to back into spaces in a parking lot because I feel it is safer to leave the space by pulling forward instead of backing out. Well this time when I backed in, I didn't realize that the back of my car rode up on a 6x6 piece of wood that demarked the edge of the parking space. When I pulled out, I heard a terrible sound, so I stopped, looked at the rear and realized what I had done. I am confident that I can repair the damage myself, *if* I can order the correct replacement part. I think I found the part at the Ford Parts Direct website, but the image looks like it is upside down. If you have a moment, look at the two attached jpg's and comment. Thank in advance.
