dh5192
Hello, Just bought a 1975 Lincoln with 460 engine. It has a mechanicle fuel pump (3 lines). When I drove it home it had no fuel leaks (1/4 tank of fuel). I filled it up to see if guage worked and noticed the fuel return line is leaking at the pump when engine is running. Any ideas why? Thx

dh5192
Just thinking outloud here...wouldn't it leak at the pump all the time when engine is running regardless of how much fuel is in the tank. I drove it home and ran it for a while and no leaks at 1/4 of a tank of gas. Then filled it up and the line started leaking. I hope I didn't buy a lemon lol.
