They offered that back in '22 or '23.  Did they discontinue it?

Nope, I just checked...you can still get a ManSquatch.

Whoops, I didn't realize/forgot that they introduced that.

Well, scratch that idea lol

I hope they add manual option to Outer Banks.

I'm also wondering if Ford will commit to doing hybrid on the current gen T6. Strong sales and lack of CAFE enforcement seems to indicate Ford will just let it go but who knows.

They already did for the ROW Ranger. Seems like everything is available to plug it into the Bronco and NA Ranger.

You guys are ruthless.

as we should be...seriously, theres a serious void between Ford and what their customers literally want and whats important...example #1 making keyless entry keypads optional or taking them off units, as far as I know Fords the ONLY company that has this feature and its universally applauded...

doubtful..all about take rate and the costs to appease such a small segment...I LOVE my stick shift but Im a dying breed I think...its become niche.

This is random....Wildtrak is coming back, sort of.......as a bundled package on Badlands.

2026 Ford Bronco Revives Wildtrak Via New Badlands Package

Ford recently revealed that it was bringing the Wildtrak back due to "customer demand," but didn't provide us with any additional details about that revival. However, Bronco Nation is here with that critical info, noting that even thought the Wildtrak isn't coming back as its own trim, it will now be offered as a separate package for the Badlands in the 2026 model year. For 2025, one could spec the Badlands with the same goodies as the Wildtrak, but now, it's making that combination more official.

The 2026 Ford Bronco Badlands Wildtrak Package comes with the Sasquatch Package, Black Appearance Package, HOSS 3.0 suspension system, twin-turbocharged 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine, and 10-speed automatic transmission as standard equipment, basically recreating the old Wildtrak trim. It's only available on four-door SUVs, however, though one can add these features a la carte to the two-door if they wish, save for the V6 powerplant. As for pricing, the new Wildtrak Package retails for $11,945.

I had noticed when they announced Wildtrak was going away that the options they added to Badlands essentially recreated it.

The only things that will be missing now are Sport mode (I still don't understand why they can't just add another drive mode to Badlands and friends), and I'm sure the interior will keep the Badlands colors (no tan/black interior from the standalone Wildtrak, though that's a guess).

I was just perusing the updated Bronco Order Guide and Price List. The Wildtrak Package is $205 more than adding each item on its own and doesn't appear to bring anything extra to the party by bundling. Also, it looks like Sport mode was very quietly added to the Badlands. Wasn't there on the 2025 models for sure.

About time they added Sport mode.....never made sense why they'd "lock out" something like that when they already had it for other trims.

Interesting regarding the pricing.....unless it does offer the unique color interior (though I'd be surprised if they did that, as that's another color combo they'd have to offer).

I always thought the Wildtrak was the best overall trim.  Maybe that's why I got one!  We've got one of the few Wildtrak 2-doors!

it was our ( California ) most popular package...the Badlands was/ is more hardcore for offroading...

Ford needs some serious lessons regarding Audio.......even the B & O systems are all ok, but thats giving them credit...

As a 2026 Ranger Raptor owner I would agree with this statement. It’s “OK” but I’d question if B&O had anything to do with that audio system other than supplying a branded logo. It’s pretty much what Ford would have branded “Ford Premium Sound” back in the day. The best sounding stock Ford audio I ever had was in a 2005 Explorer with the “premium sound” including a factory subwoofer in the back cargo area. IIRC it was a system made by Visteon. I don’t know who is currently Ford’s audio supplier, but it’s not B&O.

Ford did the same thing to Black Diamond... started as its own trim but now it is a package on Big Bend.

The original Wildtrak was kind of a niche trim level. It was supposed to replace First Edition as the top premium trim level and was only available with 4 door, 2.7 V6, auto, and mandatory Sasquatch package. It went away to make way for Raptor but it is back now as an add on for Badlands.

The Wildtrak was also available on the 2 door.

oh yeah that’s right.  There were too many trims, IMO, especially since they built off one another

I had the Shaker 500 in my 2006 Mustang GT and it was just ok-I find that the Ford audio is overly aggressive with pulling bass/sound as you turn up the volume.

I upgraded the audio in my Bronco-I went with 8in sub in back using the Ford sub enclosure I bought and modified. Replaced all the speakers with Kicker speaker and two Amps. I got a custom wiring harness that was plug and play and was able to install everything in about a day.

Only issue I've had was I blew out 2 subs, but that was my fault for not having it set up properly.

Yeah I recently had a friend tell me he was fairly sure the amount of buildable combinations for Bronco exceeds F-150. I don’t doubt it based on the order guide/build and price tools.

Looks like some incremental changes for Bronco:

Revised Ford Bronco Outer Banks Sasquatch Possibly Spotted Testing

A few changes I see:

-a new mesh-style grille insert

-painted sasquatch flares (don't recall seeing the Sasquatch ones painted before)

-new fender badge?

-new wheel design

-can't tell if this is just a new rock rail or if it's some sort of retractable step?

There are some interior changes too, but can't tell much.

I actually really like those new wheels. They're a little more industrial than some of the nicer wheels, but a lot nicer looking than the base steelie wheels. Overall, pretty badass looking.

Edit, I also really like how because it's a simpler wheel design with minimal openings, it looks really clean, and almost emphasizes how large and aggressive the tires are.

Looks like its getting powered steps also, going by those bluish grey things underneath it.

Yup, that's my guess too - maybe a rock rail/retractable step combo?

I'm surprised that they don't need larger openings for cooling.

They definitely look far easier to clean than my sasquatch wheels.  The beauty ring on mine isn't flush with the rim, creating a variety of pockets you have to clean in/around.

Maybe it’s just me, but the wheels look weird in the first pic. Maybe they are too deep? I however do like the design when looking head on like in the second pic.

I’m excited to see the new grille, but I think the wildtrak grille will be hard to beat. I wish ford would come out with the glossy black base/black diamond grille from the riptide concept.

I think they aren't the typical sasquatch tire size, something seems off about them.
