It's ok.

I know the minivan market is kind of its own thing cycle wise (longer), but interesting that they're doing a refresh rather than a new model for a product that dates back to 2017...

Did you see their last financials?  It doesn’t appear they have too much money available.

For what it's worth, the current Honda Odyssey has been on the market since the 2018 model year. Interestingly, sales bottomed out in 2022, and have been increasing since then.

Yeah, I knew the minivans are on a more stretched out timeline.....didn't realize the Odyssey was that old for the origins of this generation.

Looks like the previous gen Sienna went 10 years between redesigns.

I'm the outlier here, but the town next door to me has a ton of minivans (normally a few years old) due to the families having lots of kids, so I see a ton of them.

Oh its been in the news lately too...due to a certain religious group

I'm guessing said religious group as the one most associated with Utah. As they tend to have large families and have been in the news a lot these last few years for mostly negative reasons.

Kind of thought the logo looked familiar. I went back in my "Chicago Auto Show" photo files... the Chrysler Halcyon concept wore that same logo there last year.

I'm glad to see the Mopar family sticking with it in the minivan market. Ford and GM ceded that turf to Dodge/Chrysler and the imports years ago, and I like having a domestic option. Not that I'm in the market for a minivan, but I've had a LOT of them. 5 kids, didn't have much in the way of affordable options.

Nope, it’s the Hasidic Jewish community

This statement is confusing and contradictory. You’re not in the market so why do you care?

Well, since he works at a car dealership, technically he IS in the market....just not for a personal conveyance. Having a "domestic option" helps on the sales floor.
