Six new Ford products between now and 2030

Recommended Posts

Figured I start this thread since the old 30K EV thread is just a mess of information and I'd like to keep it cleaner going forward since its name has been officially released.

So six new products coming, what I was able to come with:

  • Ford Fathom Midsize EV Truck
  • C Class EV CUV (Ford Escape)
  • Mustang Sedan
  • F-100 (Ranger Super Duty/Ranger Replacement in NA)
  • Mid sized CUV (Edge replacement)
  • ?

Update as of August 12th, 2026 with refreshed/updated products

  • 2027MY Ford Fathom Midsized EV Pickup*
  • 2028.5MY Bronco Sport (assuming this is related to the EU Bronco product)
  • 2029MY F-150
  • 2030MY "F-100/F-100 Super Duty"/Affordable pickup/Ford Pro product (based on production starting at TTP in 2029)*
  • 2030MY "Escape"-$25K Hybrid Utility based on the Maverick *
  • 2030MY Mustang Mach 4/Sedan and Coupe *
  • 2030/31MY EREV launch for the F-series
  • 2031MY Bronco/Bronco Pickup (lines up with expected EOP)
  • ????MY Ford Pro Van product? *

*=New Product, Product names in quotes are placeholders till actual name is released.

Bronco truck?

That seems to fill all the potential rumors we've heard about.

Unless that offroad supercar thing counts as one?

The other thing could be a sedan/hatchback/whatever version of the the CE1 platform but that wouldn't come till 2030 IMO.

To the best of my knowledge, Dean works at just a Ford dealership, so I'd assume Ford only.

Lincoln would hopefully get 2-3 products in the same time frame.

Theres a lot of rumor and speculation about that. I’ve tried to talk to certain people I know who would have some info about that but the hatches are tight on that one.

I don’t want to say too much but let’s just say there’s activity hiding in plain sight that could decide the future of a potential Lincoln Bronco.

Hmm.....yeah, hard to figure out for sure.

I'd think regardless of Bronco truck, moving Ranger out (with its replacement going to TTP) signals at least one additional product for MAP.

Not sure if that's what you're getting at (I know you can't say), but I'm skeptical they want an entire plant solely for Bronco production.

Everest?

Everest could make sense now that Ford is at capacity for Explorers and Bronco Sports. They’d have to price it in the mid 30’s, if they play it right I could see it reaching towards 100k with minimal cannibalism since its smaller + cheaper than the Explorer, not as off-road specialized as the Bronco which expands appeal, and of course is a step up from the Bronco Sport.

Some safe guesses as for what will be shown.

- The Fathom (which we know was already shown)

- 2028 redesigned f-150

- The mach-4 (This could be more substantial than we think now that mach-4 has been bumped to the next gen, it could be our first look at the styling direction mustang will go in)

Logical, but less likely reveals could include.

Other CE1 products, a utility, van, car form factorz etc.

The bronco truck

Off-road supercar.

Maybe the next gen bronco as Explorerdude said they're being shown products up to 2030.

Ford only has 6 vehicle platform in North America: F-Series, T6, UEV, C2, S650, and Transit.

The new products are probably not C2, F-Series or Transit platform.

We know Louisville is converting to UEV and Tennessee is a second T6 plant so clearly that's where the new products will come from. Plus Mach 4 which is an open secret.

So my guess for the 6 new products are:

  1. Fathom
  2. UEV CUV
  3. UEV TBD (maybe a van or a sedan)
  4. T6 truck that is not Ranger
  5. T6 SUV that is not Bronco
  6. Mach 4

I guess the real question is - are these six new nameplates, or just new "products".......because the latter could also just mean a redesigned model, at which point on the timeline of up to 2030, includes next-gen F-150, Bronco, and Maverick, which would be 3 right there......Add in Fathom, Mach 4, and "F-100" as TTP gets something, and you're at 6 right there without adding additional models.

This just dawned on me, we are missing the van that is going to OHAP as part of Ford Pro.

About that meeting with the dealers...

Quote

Key Takeaways

  • Ford showed dealers a $25,000 small crossover and a four-door Mustang priced under $40,000 at a private Las Vegas meeting.
  • The $25,000 crossover, offered in gas and hybrid versions, is expected to go on sale in 2029.
  • Ford hasn't revealed the crossover's name, and executives said the designs shown to dealers were not yet finalized.

People at the meeting described the crossover, shown on video and in early prototype form, as boxy and wide, with one person saying it resembled a first-generation Escape. Ford did not tell dealers where it plans to build the crossover, but three people with knowledge of the company’s product plans said the company is slated to assemble a hybrid crossover starting in 2029 at the Hermosillo Assembly Plant in Mexico, alongside the Bronco Sport and Maverick.

Ford also brought an early prototype of a four-door Mustang onto the stage, giving dealers the clearest view yet of a product first revealed at a 2024 meeting and reported by Automotive News. Multiple people who saw the prototype likened its size and design to a Porsche Panamera. Executives promised that the four-door Mustang would have a price tag of less than $40,000, a 0-to-60 mph time of under 4 seconds and more rear-seat space than the Panamera, according to two of the people. Ford did not discuss a name at the meeting but previously has identified it to dealers as the Mach-4.

Dealers also got the chance to sit in the Fathom, the first vehicle that will use the company’s new Universal EV platform.

.... range extended F150 Lightning replacement maybe, but weve known about that for a while, so perhaps not one of the 6.  Theres also the "hybrid? " Superduty rumors....6 new products were referred to, not all 6 were shared from what i was told..
