    You can souldbouy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. They will go by percentage of trucks that come to KTP i.e. they add 10 % more production they will allow 10% of MTP to transfer to KTP. And yes the can bump KTP workers, just ask KC about when the mariner cam from Lorraine.

     

     

    The Mariner did not come from Lorain Assembly and we did not bump anyone.

    Thanks Peeps, was aware of Job 1 date, hearing that Hybrids might not start up until October though and wanted to confrim or deny this bad rumor.

     

    I don't want to even imagine that Ford's #1 demanded vehicle would be pushed back this far.

     

    There are no changes from 08 to 09 other than same changes as 4 and 6 cylinder models are getting so that is not the issue either.

     

    We hadn't heard this rumor and apparently it's false. I personally walked the chassis line on my way out of work this morning and there were hybrids.

    I will be transfering to KCAP from Nashville within the next couple of months. I always plan vacations to, just wondering if you might know if and when KCAP is going to have their down?

    Here is some more info on everyones favorite BOZO THE CLOWN impersonator AMY J. BROWN.Back when there was still the VILLAGER system she had an affair with an electrician.JIM JAWORSKI is the electrician.He was the lucky fellow who cheated on his wife with AMY J. BROWN.At the time his wife found out about it she said that she would take everything that JIM had unless he quit seeing AMY.As he had a couple of small children and he would lose it all in a nasty divorce.So he stopped seeing the lovely AMY J. BROWN and went back to his wife.If no one thinks that this is true all you have to do is to track down the people who used to work in the old VILLAGER BODY SHOP AREA A on the NIGHT SHIFT.They will tell all that you want to hear about everyones saint,the one who does no wrong, MOTHER TERESA AMY J. BROWN!So you see AMY is just like all the rest of these corrupt individuals.Her husband is a METH USER and she likes MARRIED MEN.Sounds like a match made in heaven to me!Next time you see her you should let out a chant like BELUSHI did in ANIMAL HOUSE.But instead of "TOGA TOGA" it will be" JAWORSKI JAWORSKI JAWORSKI"!

     

     

    This kind of information helps the membership of OHAP, how? Why would you bring this onto a public forum, even if it is true? Why do you feel that this is important?

    :shrug: That was the main reason I could not take that transfer, knowing there were no new/existing jobs created. Which meant I would have been misplacing another family down there that had already been established in their lives and in their communities. I would never been able to sleep at night knowing I bumped some one out of their bread and butter....but that's just me....

     

     

    First of all, I displaced no one ! Secondly, while it may sound selfish, I have to look out for myself. It was the hardest decision that I've ever had to make but I ended up doing it and loving my decision! Of course I miss my family and friends in Ohio but they weren't going to pay my bills and financially support me for the rest of my life. There is not one person on this board or in a plant somewhere that would think twice about displacing me, if given the choice between the unemployment line or working. I liked my job at OHAP, and now, I like my job at KCAP!
