  1. I own a 2010 F-150 Lariat with the standard radio for the Lariat not the Sony system. I have satellite and SNYC. I purchased a navigation radio out of a king cab 2010. Can I install it, the screen and radio trim panel and sat. antenna into my truck without any reprogramming? I have the back up camera that now displays on my mirror. Is that disconnected behind the radio so it can plug into the new radio to display on the screen?

  2. Jackal,

Thanks for the perspective. Having looked at the one on the lot here a couple of times, I agree it becomes a smaller concern after each visit. That, plus there's no option for all black....

Hoping to place an order for a new rig shortly.

    Appreciate the response.

Job #2 Date Nov 2 has a seat change to monotone. Guess its all the same color then.

  3. My dealer ordered two identical trucks the only difference is one has the power sliding rear window with the heated glass order code 43B. That was on material hold. I was wondering if that is still the case?

Second question is my other truck, Vin # 1FT7X2B68BEB12994 is being built when? Thanks.

  4. When I slow down in my Expedition (in 2WD) and I get down to about 5-10 MPH and let off the brake I feel a bump. Almost like a car behind me just tapped me on the rear bumper. It does not do it all the time but about half the time. Any ideas what it might be? I have about 26K on the ODO.

  6. The relevant comparison isnt the Taurus vs Crown Vic specs but the Taurus vs. Impala vs. Charger

    The tale of the tape:

Spec: Taurus / Impala / Charger / Crown Vic

    Front Head: 39.0 / 39.4 / 38.7 / 39.5

    Front Leg: 41.9 / 42.3 / 41.8 / 41.6

    Front Shoulder: 57.9 / 58.7 / 59.3 / 60.6

    Front Hip: 56.3 / 56.4 / 56.2 / 57.4

    Rear Head: 37.8 / 37.8 / 36.2 / 37.8

    Rear Leg: 38.1 / 37.6 / 40.2 / 38.0

    Rear Shoulder: 56.9 / 58.6 / 57.6 / 60.0

    Rear Hip: 55.8 / 57.2 / 55.5 / 56.1

The Taurus stacks up pretty well against the competition

    - Ties Impala in rear head and beats it in rear leg room

    - Within 1" all front specs, 2" rear shoulder & hip room

    - Beats Charger in front head, leg & hip, rear head and rear hip room

    - Within 1" rear shoulder and 2.1" rear leg room

And all the chief's I talk to say the Impalia is to small. Ford has to exceed the dementions not tie or be smaller.

  7. I looked at a 2010 Mustang GT premium, manual tranny, even test drove it and swore it had the chrome shift ball on it. I bought it and when I returned 6 hours later to pick up the car, no chrome ball instead the V6 shift handle. Dealer says I'm wrong and said it will cost $180. from parts. I can not find anywhere what package that chrome knob comes on. Can anyone help??

  8. Bucking is only one stage of production (at the beginning) and doesn't show on the general system.

The car, however, has been produced, so obviously it has been bucked.

Thanks Viper Pilot, In the case of the GT500 when it says built date does that mean completed date? As in the stripes are on the car and it is ready to roll out the door? Absent of any problems of course.
