I like the Bold idea. although, I could not agree with you more. They need to take that idea and move it to Customer service. Ford seems to be on a kick lately. First taking to court with anyone having a mustang name in their bussiness. Who do they think buys these products? What else are we going to see.

we just ordered an 06 escape xlt our 2nd i drive an 05 ecape and an 04 f-150 the wife drives an 06 freestyle. can i track the progress of the escape i have a vin# and order#

The top of the article says may 1st, the story was published on a friday so I would assume that when the article says that the work will begin on monday. I would assume that they mean the following monday (may 1st).
