Very well said UAW 1. I pity the fool sounds like the type of employee that is all about himself and no one else and then yells SOLIDARITY when things go against him. If he in fact has a restriction that he can not work nights than all he is doing is SHITTING on some's seniority. He does need to go to the other side (managment) because it seems all he has done on this forum is give half-truths.

I pity the fool have you actually gone and talked to your UAW Chair about your thoughts and the problems you seem to be having or is this the avenue that you always take by dressing down the UNION and telling anybody and everybody that will listen to you complaints. In the division that we are in it is a fair days work for a fair days pay so you should only be worried about yourself and not worry about what other people are or are not doing. Being a union rep is a thankless job (have you ever ran for anything) and before critizing everyone look in the mirror first. Sounds to me like you are doing an awful lot of crying.
