  1. Dealer informed me this morning that my order for my 2022 Lariat 502A Powerboost had been scheduled last night for production on 5/5/22. I thought they were pulling orders for scheduling for the week of 4/18/22 this week? Placed my order on 12/23/21 so took about 3 months to be scheduled and I had no options that were linked to commodity constraints.

If you have the order number and VIN, and this is a US order, you can use the Chat on Ford.com and ask if they have your vehicle's build date. Takes a few minutes for what I assume is a bot to look it up. I had my build week, but learned the date from this.

Do you not have your email where you got your VIN that has the production week?

You can just go to the Ford Order tracking page and check too:  https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

If he enters his order info it will show that it is in production.

Normally, ford updates the sites to new model year build and price a week or so from the new years job #1 build date.  The build date for the 22 expy(nav) is today yet no b&p.  Hell, you can't even order a 21 model, so why the delay?  Anyone with inside info know when the sites will be updated?

It will be a while, we are still waiting on the 2022 F150 Build and Price tool to be released and they have been building the 2022 F150s since end of November.

  4. I ordered a 2018 XLT on October 30th and was tracking it on the Cotus program after I got a Vin from the dealer. As of December 13th the truck was in transit with a delivery date of December 28th,. The truck didnt arrive on the 28th and I cant track it on the cotus program anymore, keeps giving me an error. Could you give me an update on my Truck? Vin is 1FTFW1EG5JFB61530. Thanks in advance.

  5. That body style is prone to rockers rotting from the inside out. My dads 2010 started showing bubbles this spring and the body shop says he sees them every few weeks and feels the texturized paint on the rockers has a foam layer under it that is holding in moisture and rotting the inside.

  6. Congrats on the new truck! Mine is in a railyard 1 hour from me but because of the blizzard today here in SE Va. the haulers can’t make it to the dealer.

Hope you get it soon. My 2018 F150 left the plant in Dearborn on December 13th and was supposed to be delivered on December 28th and still haven’t seen it yet.

  7. I ordered my 2018 crew cab xlt in late October and the rebates were around $2750 plus $750 for ford credit plus $750 for EAA membership or total of $4250 in rebates. My truck should be arriving soon, hopefuly before the rebates expire on 1/2/18. Good Luck.
