  1. So I dont need the dates to get that cert? Thats what I needed them for...LOL

I am on the registry already. What is HVBoM?

To get the certificate you just need your VIN number since that is what they search the database for. The HVBoM report is called the Historical Vehicle Build of Materials. This will show the build date, Purchase date and the feature codes for your car. Here is the link to my site that shows what it looks like. You can ask your Ford Service Advisor for a copy.

  2. We just purchased a new to us Black 04 Mach 1. When I purchased my 07GT a user on here sent me an electronic copy of my window sticker and also ran my VIN for build info and such. Is that still possible with an 04? If so, I would appreciate if someone could run this one for me. The VIN is: 1FAFP42R34F175392

Thanks in advance. I believe it was built in the first couple weeks or so of 2004.

The car is too old for the online window sticker. You still can do a HVBoM report and purchase the certificate from Ford Performance Group on your Mach I. If you register your Mach I on the Mach I registry you would get a 15% discount on the certificate package.

  3. Ok thanks ill keep a ye peeled for it :) Thanks

From what I was told from John Clor from the Ford Performance Group who's group creates the certificates for Mustang owners, once the model year is built out for the year ford conducts audits of all the cars produced for the year to get the production numbers. This process could take from 6 to 9 months to perform. For my registry the GT/CS Registry the owners of the 2011 GT/CS Mustangs should be able to order the certificates for their cars in the last half of 2011 once the FPG is able to pull the data from the factory.

  4. Can someone please explain how to read the top of a Window sticker?

    VIN # 1ZVBP8CF7B5156137

What is the FLR code FLR-001593

I can get the build date 10/12/2010

What is the blend I see the number but what does it mean? 8379

And then you have the next items the CERT, TRD, RAMP, BUMP and FSCP…

What are all the code below the FLR number…

    9-NORMAL, NA, 101593, AK06, 000007691

I know what everything in between spells out to be… DNR

    Dang Nice Ride

Now let’s go to the bottom of the Window Sticker

What does all of this mean?

    One= CU5P

    Two= RA08

    Item# 56-3043 O/T X

then you have this long string

    AK061 N RA2X 120 001593

    Thank you vry much

    1. FLR = Flat Rock (The Plant) 1593= I believe is the window sticker number created that day

    2. Blend Number is the car sequential number going down the line and is used to track the car as it is built.

    3. AK061 should the date the window sticker was created A=2010 K=the month 06=the day. But it does not seem to add up K would be November J would be October unless I am missing something.

    4. The 56=The sales district

As for the rest I am not sure about that.

  5. I've been searching for the "2007 Take Rate Report" with no luck. The ones for '08 and '09 are attached to show what I'm looking for. If anyone has the '07 report please post it or PM me. Thanks!

I have a question on these reports. They don't show the Mustang Preminum Package which the GT/CS is part of. These show only the Deluxe package but a GT/CS could only be built as part of the Preminum Package.

  6. My dealer told me that my Mustang is scheduled for production August 23. I tried the link shown here on many posts, but cannot retrieve a sticker, which makes me suspect the date which is only a few days off. The VIN number I was given is 1ZVBP8AM3B5144410.

Can someone please help with the schedule and the sticker?

    Thanks in advance!

I checked for your window sticker on the new website for the window stickers and it was not available yet. So I am guessing it is not been scheduled to be built as of yet. Here is the URL to the new link that you can check.

  7. I ordered a V6 Premium with 3.31 & Security package on 06/11/2010 from the Ford dealer in McKinney, Texas.

    VIN 1ZVBP8AM9B5141754

The sticker URL on Ford's website shows unable to retrieve message. Can anyone help?

    Thanks!

If you are receiving that message, that means the car has not been scheduled to be built yet. I believe the factory has been shutdown for the summer re-tooling for the last 2 weeks.

  8. Does anyone know the OPTION CODES for the "side scoops" and the "illuminated door sills"? The Order Guide (01/20/10) doesn't show them yet if you go to the Ford web site and "Build & Price" page, it shows thoes options with a price. My dealer can't find them in her Order Guide either.??

It sounds like these are items you can buy from the dealer and have installed by the dealer. These items are shown on the last page of the brochuer so that would be my guess.

  9. I'm new to the forum...new to Ford really. I drive a F450 and Love it. The ride is a little harsh, but I think I can change that through some aftermarket goodies. My next purchase is going to be a 2011 Mustang GT! I am having a tough time trying to decide which way I want to go...maybe you all can shed some light? I am planning on a Grabber Blue premium with the Shaker 1000, 3.73's, and the Brembo package. Just not sure if I want to go a little extra and do it on a California Special. Maybe I just need to be pushed over the edge a little. I could always get a GT and do a "Foose" style paint job on it as well...

    Thoughts?

Well as an owner of a 2007 GT/CS I can say I love the car and after 2 years of cataloging over 4,000 GT/CS and now the 2011 GT/CS I find that people really love the car. Also another bonus is now you can get a Certified Certificate from the factory on the Mustang GT/CS.

  10. Here is the Official Certificates for the Owner of Mustang GT/CS's that Ford sent to me today along with detail on how to order.

With the Ford Performance Group's Mustang GT/CS Certificate Package, Ford Performance Group Welcome Letter, Official Ford Certificate of Authenticity (signed by Edsel Ford II) with owner-specific VIN build data, GT/CS VIN Decoder Sheet and Ford Performance Group GT/CS Body/Color/Trim Production Data Sheet for either 2007, 2008 or 2009 Mustang GT/CS model years, depending on VIN supplied.

Cost is $45, but club members get a 15% DISCOUNT for purchasing ($38.25). Can be ordered with credit card through the Ford Performance Info Center (1-800-FORD-788) or (very soon) online at www.FordShowParts.com

  11. I'm thinking about fagging-out by getting an automatic Mustang GT. I've seen the '11order guide but it doesn't say anything about optional gearing for the auto. It appears 3.31's are the only gears for the auto. Does anyone know if this is fact?

    Thanks.

On the '11 GT Automatics the only rear end gear is 3.15

  12. I am looking to get the window sticker for our 2008 mustang. I am sure this has been talked about here before, but where can I go to get a copy of the window sticker.

    thanks

You can pull up a copy of your window sticker by putting your VIN number at the end of this URL. Or you can go to my website at http://gtcsregistry.com/windowsticker.htm and put your VIN in there.

  13. The build date for our 2011 GT/CS is April 5th. The ETA to the dealers lot is April 26th. They say don't count on that date but hopefully it will be close.

Have you received your VIN from Ford yet? If so please register your GT/CS on my site located at: http://gtcsregistry.com My site is now an offical affiliate of the Ford Performance Group and soon we will be able to purchase the certified certificates from them. Right now the art work for the certificate is completed and they will be doing a test print on my 2007 GT/CS VIN so I can give them the approval to proceed with the certificate program.

  14. I know this much:

9E04 is the date the order was entered, in this case 2009, May, 4th, . This code matches the date shown in the box below the large barcode. 'A' in the first spot means 2010.

    FLR means Flat Rock.

NA is for USA cars, NE is for Canadian cars, NM is for Mexico, and NX is for export

    Thanks Chris

  15. You mean these ???

Correct, I know the 120090511 is the Build Date and the 7971 is the sequential blend number and the 9E04 is part of the cars batch-id what ever that is but I would like to know about the other fields as well. Thanks for any help you can give me.

  16. I have a question on the online window stickers and I hope someone can help me. On the window sticker there a lot of fields on the top of the PDF file does anyone know what all the fields mean? And can anyone breakdown all the field on the window sticker?

  17. Is there anyone who has the breakdown of the 2007's? I would really like to know how many 07 GT premiums in black with black interior, IUP and the carbon fiber dash, and 18" polished aluminum rims with a 3.31 rear and a 5speed there are.......

Hopefully the numbers are available, but I doubt they are....thanks.

I have been working on getting the production breakdown for the members of the GT/CS Registry for 2 years. Ford CRC was able to give me color breakdown for the Mustang GT but that is about it. John Clor from Ford Performance Group is working on getting the production breakdowns for the GT/CS and create Certificates for my members in the next few weeks.

For 2007 there were a total of 70,261 Mustang GT's built and of those 20,111 were Black and 4,844 were Convertibles and 15,267 were Coupes.

Here is the URL to my site with the full breakdown: http://gtcsregistry.com/production.htm
