The American people spoke loud and clear. THey like the direction in which were headed. The right wing tea party had to settle for a less than qualified candidate. Not one of those tea party candidates would have beaten the Big O. Wake up extreme right wing party the world is leaving you behind! Maybe now you will start paying attention to women and minorities. Not just white men. Republicans get thee behind our leader and lets move this country foward.
Umm, what has changed? You might not be smart enough to notice, but the US Government has essentially stayed the same. Sure, call that a win, but the fact of the matter, it was a close race for the White House (something that is rare with an incumbent President), and the country is in all likelihood even more divided than they were 4 years ago. And with Obama telling voters to get “revenge” on Republicans in this election, I don’t see it softening up. Obama has no re-election to worry about. If he couldn’t compromise and work with both sides before, I doubt he’ll do it now.
The question remains, how much does America have to fall before you realize you made a mistake?
Furthermore, how does posts like this help get the nation out of the trouble it’s in? If you, and the rest of your ilk, not only on here, but across the interweb along with the MSM, have walked around gloating, while rubbing it in our faces. We are not the party of quit. We are not the party of feeling sorry for ourselves. We are not the party who stands down when we get pushed. You and those like you could have done a lot to bring the country back together, but instead you are trying to push it apart. The election on Tuesday did not solve anything. In fact, when you look at the numbers from the 2008, Obama lost ground. And hearing people say that he has no more elections to worry about, so he should just ram everything he wants through, scares me. His polices haven’t worked. Unemployment is greater now than it was when he started. And the debt. Dear Lord look at the debt. I don’t care who you try blaming it on. He wanted it, he’s got it. Now he has to fix it. But he has no plan on fixing it.
The Liberal Media wants you to think Tuesday was a great day; it wasn’t. And unlike George Zimmerman or Libya, this is a story they will not be able to sweep under the rug when things start to go bad.

With Tuesday's return of President Barack Obama to the White House, the case could be made that Americans have gone mad.Every hour - as in every 60 minutes of every day of every week of Obama's first term in office - his administration was spending what now amounts to $188 million in money that the United States does not have.
And that's just out of Washington alone. It does not include state or municipal debt.
Another $188 million in federal red ink. Every hour. 24/7. All on a taxpayer credit card that is already maxed out.
If Obama 2.0 is not better than the beta version posing as Obama 1.0, the federal debt of the United States will hit $20 trillion by 2014, a figure so indescribably huge that there is not enough liquid cash in the world to bail it out.
Perspective? The former dwarf planet Pluto is only 3.5 billion miles from Earth, or 5.6 billion klicks.
Want something around 20 trillion miles away? Try Alpha Centauri, the closest exo-planet to Earth. It's out there in another solar system some 24 trillion miles into space.
That's how out of this world America's debt is.
So what were Americans thinking?
The harsh reality is that American power and influence under Obama has plummeted.
Once the world largest economic power, it is on the verge of bankruptcy, and having its dollar no longer the gold standard in foreign currency.
No longer is it so feared militarily that all it has to do is rattle a sabre. Think, for example, of the weak response to Benghazi, and the spin of a lie that it was all about an anti-Muslim video and had nothing to do with terrorism.
Obama looked soft because he was.
Throughout his first term, Obama blamed the bitterly partisan Republicans in Congress for foiling his economic agenda, claiming his "reaching out" was shunned and ridiculed.
But then, just two days ago, he showed his true colours and his personal intransigence by telling Americans to get their "revenge" with an anti-Republican vote.
That's not the kind of word used by consensus seekers.
But he got him re-elected.

The challenge won't be because businesses close their doors. The most likely scenario is that they will do whatever is possible to avoid increasing costs, or subject themselves to various regulations that are aimed at "big" businesses. Which means that they will avoid hiring new people whenever possible, and not replace employees who leave or retire.
This has been happening in the Province of Quebec for some time with their language laws. I don't know the exact details, but once a company reaches 50 employees, the law kicks in. Companies just stop growing once they hit 49

Most likely yes. But not as rough as the next 4 years are going to be for you. You gave a proven failure another chance. My predictions in 2008 were correct. And my predictions in 2012 will happen as well. You got what you wanted; now let’s see if you will end up liking it.
You just re-elected an anti-business, anti-success, anti-wealth, anti-transparency, anti-white, and most importantly, an anti-America candidate. A candidate that couldn’t come up with one thing from the previous 4 years to hang his hat on. You think it’s going to get better? $20 trillion in debt and no end in sight. 40 million on food stamps and no end in sight. A devastating amount of people out of work and no end in sight. If this is what he did in 4 years, I hate to see what he can do in 8. “The best is yet to come”?!?!?! If you’re not scared at what that might entail, you should be.
Why Americans want to change what made them the best country on the planet is beyond me. You had a chance to fix it, and instead you dug yourself deeper. Good luck.

Americans have chosen their path. And they have selected "Free Stuff" over "Free Enterprise."The voters have spoken, and unlike Liberals who don’t like election results, I won’t demand a re-count, a Supreme Court investigation, or a recall. It is what it is. Tell me, are you naive enough to believe that if Romney won on Tuesday there wouldn’t have been wide scale riots? So why is it our reaction is far better than yours, yet you still want to paint us as the problem with the country?
I am wondering though if now that there are no more elections, will there be an investigation into Libya? Will Obama finally come clean with his sealed records? Why not?

Considering the amount of videos on You Tube that show admitted Obama supporters not having a clue what Obama's platform is, or who is runningmate is, I don't think you should try and pick this fight.
As far as I'm concerned, all as this story says is that people in Kentucky are trying to get information about the election. Is this within the tax codes of the IRS? If yes, then what does it matter? Oh yeah, class warfare.
2. Mitt had significant investments that would be unacceptable to voters, Tax havens, shelters, special loopholes, etc. (Like how his IRA is worth $100 Million)Are these investments legal? Would it be safe to assume there are prominent Liberals who have the same investments? If yes, then what does it matter? Oh yeah, class warfare.
3. Mitt participated in the IRS amnesty or had litigation regarding his filings.Was this a legal thing in the US? If yes, then what does it matter? Oh yeah, class warfare.
PS, aren't there some heavy hitting Liberals who have failed to pay their taxes? Or is not paying their taxes only a bad thing if they have an R at the end of their name

Mitt claimed to have been active in Bain Capital rather than a passive investor for years he has claimed to have been uninvolved in Bain Capital's day to day operations.Again, I have no idea why this is an issue. Prediction - if it's close, it will go to Obama. Or, it's a big win by Romney.
Reason - each party gets their core members out every election to vote party lines no matter who is running. The key has always been getting he moderates of your party, and enough of the Independents to your side. I think the entire Right is fired up enough to get out and vote. And I think they have a strong section of the Indy's. I'm not sure Obama has the same. He'll get the hardcore people, but I think there is a chance that a lot of the moderates either won't vote, or will secretly cast a vote for Romney. I think they'll tell people they voted Obama, and act all mad when he doesn't win. But I have a hard time believing the United States has gotten to the point where there enough people who can be tricked by this guy twice.

Why do you think he is "lowering" himself to Trump? He had the opportunity to donate $5 million to charity? And all he had to do was release some paper work. To compare Trump's offer to Colbert's is ridiculous. Colbert's was rude and disgusting. Trump was attempting to get the guy who claimed he was going to be the most transparent President ever, to release some information about himself that he has paid millions or dollars to hide.
Can someone tell me why Obama is hiding these things, if there is nothing on there that would make him look bad?
For the record, I think Romney hasn't released his tax returns because Obama has tried making this election about class warfare. And since Mitt is a wealthy man, Obama would try and use that to play into his tactic (all while hoping the people forget that he is very wealthy)
