  1. Anyone who's installed aftermarket LED light kits before is aware that they don't melt snow due to not generating heat.

While this isn't an issue so much with an offroad accessory, how will the new F-150 fare with it's new headlights?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but I had a customer ask and didn't know the answer...

  2. Hey guys, long time no see...

I have a customer that ordered a 2013 GT500, and the car is over a month past it's original eta. The only thing we've been told is that mulyiple cars are on hold currently. Has anyone heard about any holdups, or know when they expect to have it taken care of>

    Thanks in advance!

  3. Thanks for the response. Just to clarify and be abundantly clear, does the push and pop still work if the car is locked?

My current vehicle is of the push and pop variety, but there is no pushing or popping when the vehicle is locked. Not a huge deal, but if I could design it myself, that's what it would be. I'm not really familiar with this capless system, so perhaps that is enough security.

I know some bimmers won't open unless the car is locked, but Euroean cars have always been a little more secure in that regard. Look at the locking hood on the Transit Connect. Wierd.

I work at a dealer, and walked out to a locked Explorer when I read your post, and it opened with a push.

  4. One more question Tom - is the fuel door locked when the car is locked? Is there a button to "pop it" or can you just open it whenever? I would hope that when the car is locked, the gas door is locked shut too. Thanks in advance

It's the same as all the new Fords, with a "push and pop-open" release. No lock.

The capless filler has a screen protecting the vehicle from fuel theft, however.

  5. So when you posted we should all buy GM you were joking according to your last message?? So we should all disregard all of your posts because you could be joking ?Kinda blows what little credibility you have. And I should look for you in your "Alleged" Faggy YELLOW corvette at 3pm?? Though like you said it might be next summer instead(are you high on something?)...Im not impressed bud

Why do I get the feeling you would love it if it were in primer?

  6. I'm trying...but seriously concerned maybe the taillamp designer got promoted to color selection or something...if I woulda painted my roof white yesterday, or someone with a alloy woulda painted their grille/roof/wing red, we'd have been drawn and quartered...now because its a BOSS302 its not supposed to be considered goofy? a couple folks on a mustang facebook page called the red trimmed boss302 'ricer looking'...what a let down

    again, just opinions:

car= A+ (I'll even give the rear a free pass tonight)

color choices= F (actually the orange looks ok...would still be better without the black roof)

Well, IMO a "ricer" is a ctreet car that has completely over the top "aero" and racing parts slapped on to look like a track car.

The Laguna Seca is a track car.

  7. just OPINION, you know how those are:

that blue one gets me...If I would have painted my roof/shaker white yesterday, I woulda been cussed out by mustang fans everywhere...ford puts it on and its just hunky-dory to a lot of folks? were we THAT desperate for the return of the boss that it looks 'good' in that picture? the silver one with red roof/wheels/wing is even more of a head scratcher to me...to those who like the new look, my apologies, but I predict it will get old in a hurry...the original bosses were pretty classy/understated, these are anything but.

I dont prefer orange cars, but gotta say the orange one is the ONLY one that looks good in the twotone scheme.

In 69 ford deleted the quarter scoops on the boss302, was REALLY hoping they would delete the hockeystick on the 12(c stripe fits better if following/not crossing body lines) and while they were at it, put SE bumper lights on it...if a more traditional mustang rearend was available, ford could make a killing on parts...look how many gt500 frontends they sold for 05-09s- and they looked pretty decent originally...

There 'ya go hatin' on the rear end again!!! Lol!!!

  8. I know what his resume DOESN'T say.

It doesn't say he works for Ford. It does, however, says he works for a Ford dealership. Totally different company and he doesn't belong posting in the Employee section.

As stated before... I do recieve bonus checks from Ford for which I am taxed. The amount of the checks is also based on my customer satisfaction ratings per Ford's surveys.

And it sounds like I do a lot more for Ford than many of the "employees" here, including but not nearly limited to giving them praise where deserved instead of motherf*cking them while they're signing your checks (on a public and very read forum).

If you're so underpaid and overworked, do what the rest of the world does... Get another job.

Now I'll let one of you children get back to telling me that I swallow, or have cooties, or some other gay playground shit.

In the meantime, I'm gonna go rip someone out of their Toyota, and sell 'em a Ford for us all , Pioneer.
