Do as you will and finish Lima off and let the new hires get 2 or 4 years of lay-off come the downturn after the presidential election all of us seniority people know it's coming we have seen the cyclical cycle for years. Once OPEC slows down pumping the big 3 are only building big trucks and suvs in the United States now so guess what we will see a enhanced downturn but the company will do good so good job dousche bags watch and learn probably will be worse for the new people than it ever has been for me. Yeah Hinkydink best ever job on the local contract that doesn't mean that you Clowns are supposed to have them bring in the most contractors that I have ever seen in all my years at Ford you talk a big game but your all mouth and zero action. Worst chairman but great at lying and patting yourself on the back taking credit for shit you had nothing to do with. Oh a Trashfer what a shame people like you ruin it for the good people that transfer here. What is really odd with all the experience that has transferred here it is amazing that Lima Engine plant has went from one of the best plants in every measurable to the bottom now.

Well this is exactly why the membership doesn't believe anything that comes out of the IUAW mouthpieces. Then they bring all the local union officers to the unbelievable lavish conventions at exotic locations it is easy to suck them into the lifestyles of the rich and famous for a week or two every other month. Yes I have also been to a constitutional convention it is a bigger show than WWE Summer Slam. Hell they even give you goodie bags. As long as you agree with everything they say you can walk to the microphone and tell them how great they are. But don't make the mistake of saying anything against their recommendations they will shut the microphone off and take you out to the reprogramming room for a nice tune up. I seen that happen it was pretty awesome NOT!

The parts plants were sold off way before Mullally. Jac the knife Nassar did nothing other than totally screw Ford up so if you want to complain at least do due diligence on the subject.

We all know Hinkledink is a worthless chairman in Lima maybe he can run some roller coasters at Cedar point but he sure isn't a labor leader neither is the rest of the followers claiming to be leadership on the union committee. I wish that one person in the union had one original idea but all we get is the same old talking heads saying the same old shit. Elect someone who actually wants more than constant animosity in our workplace for a change. Well when you have awesome leadership like Jay "Dumb" Bell, Scott "Hinkydink" Hinkle, Felix the Cat Manager and the awesome Julie Clown how couldn't we succeed? Maybe Jimmy Settles will personally come down to negotiate our local agreement since the Slima team can't handle it.
