  1. I have done the SE to Ti swap and the effect is not the same. The outer light and the inner light on at the same time. I like this look, as it makes it a more customized look. Other people on this forum who have installed Ti lights on an SE, have tried to swap pins on the SE to make the Ti light appear work correctly, but to no avail. It probably has more to do with programming than swapping pins.

So this is what yours looks like with the swap? If so I'm fine with that. Looks much better than just SE

  2. Picked up a 2014 Fusion Titanium last night for my wife. It's also Tuxedo Black (I punish myself with this color keeping it clean). I'm using the 2013 Fusion SE now as my daily driver / company car. The truck was horrible on gas as a daily driver.

    Now we have (3) Fusions.

Hers - 2014 Fusion Titanium in Tuxedo Black LOADED (daily driver)

His - 2013 Fusion SE in Tuxedo Black w/ Luxury Package and optional 18" black wheels (daily driver)

Daughters - 2010 Fusion SE in Tuxedo Black (daily driver)

    Dust collector - 2013 F150 FX2 3.5L TT (driveway queen)

  3. Not trading for a '14, I'll likely be getting another car. I'll sell mine privately so I don't get screwed out of a few grand trying to trade it in. I'm using this as an excuse to get a much better/nicer/faster (though slightly older) car. :) I had always been told not to get a 1st model year car, but I figured that was an old saying. Looks like it still holds true.

And FWIW I'm not just getting rid of the car because of the issues. It's just not fun enough to drive for me. I don't have a motorcycle anymore to get my speed fix and I thought the Fusion would be ok, but it's just not fun to drive hard.

That's why I have a 2013 Shelby sitting next to the Fusion in the garage :shift:

  4. has anyone seen this kit? I just picked up a 2013 Fusion SE 1.6L EB for my wife and then ordered this kit for converting the rear to the dual exhaust. Pretty cheap really!! I'm gonna be adding the body kit as well at some point in the near future but it says you have to convert to dual exhaust first....

Just wanted to know if anyone had seen it in person
