He wanted division with the membership shortly after Nick took office, having setting up his election for the next round. Don't get me wrong though, I've seen Ray in action on the floor and he can handle that job well, but now that I know how weak he is, it makes me and some others know that he doesn't really have the backbone to stand for us when it really is important. You've got it right 'flint'. Let the company take the 50% - 90% paycut that the Federal Government is telling the bankers and GM and Chysler execs. since they took govenment money. Ford wants parity with them? Let them feel it. Matter of fact, let Gettlefinger and King and all the UAW heirachy take the same cut. Give them stock options that they can't get to for 6 years, so that they don't leave until the company become profitable again. Can anyone put together all the concessions we have given and put them in order so this debate can end. Copies to the International, also.

Still acting like an ass, even after leaving the DTP on Thursday night? Go Figure! . . . He had shut down production, set up a platform in front of the Rolls Test and had Motor Bay empty out all the trucks on the floor, then proceeded to tell his story without a microphone to a membership who couldn't here a damn thing and with all the NO's being shouted. I was told later that we were disrespectful to him and should of let him talk. I said, he was so disrespectful to us if that message was that important. He should of made an effort to make his message heard. What really pissed me off was when others were apologizing for those of us who yelled NO. Bob needs to go back to the line and work for a living.

Oh Please. The Mustang was in trouble before it left Dearborn. They wanted to kill it when I was there. It was pressure from many of the Mustang Clubs and enthusiasts who pressured the company to keep it alive. Production has been going down for years. Too much government GREEN regulations that will bring it to its end.
