maybe there's hope for st thomas , the falcon was built here when we first open, hmmm kind of interesting we're closing and no new products coming or maybe not . we're not being told the whole picture .the tauras will never truly pass as an interceptor its a family sedan and fleets will kill the resale on consumer vehicle but ford will try like last time . i think we're being restructured, scared away with 130,000 dollar buy outs, to rehire for 75% of our wage and benefits that's my guess, but who nows . ha ha ha ha ha . 2012 negotiations between uaw and the company and caw and company should be very very interesting seeing the uaw rejected the last contract . this my play into the caw's favor . ha ha ha . workers against workers . middle man fighting over a few hundred dollars while the corporations and investors steal hunders of millions of dollars

' CAW ' IT'S CANADIAN AUTO WORKERS NOT FUCKING CANDY ASS WORKERS ! WAKE THE FUCK UP BEFORE ITS TO LATE WE STILL HAVE A CHANCE ! we're not all in this together or we wouldn't be sacrificing each others jobs families and communities . MR . You have to be asking yourself , did I ever make a big mistake! 400 to 450 senior employees at STAP who were forced by the union, and voted the 83% in favour, had not received adequate time to review the proposal brought to the membership. Unions are about fighting the fight ,not to give in. I want to fight back, now i feel i was told i have cancer and have up to 18 months to live ! We didn"t need to do the consessions right away , hell it"s not happen to STAP anyway the consessions now thats funny , there's nothing new in it to make it worthwhile ,more loss jobs . Thanks for the $130,000.00 but it's a small price for buying out the community ,your union members there families and kids future . It was a bad deal and now our union is much less powerful on a globle stage . We will lose the footprint with Ford forever in canada , the jobs will never be back and when capacity goes back up ,there are no new investments. Ford has us and the union leadership on the run, when will the leadership finally get the balls and stand up for the workers and not the company's demands!! oh by the way,I think we would have better off to wait and let the contract run till 2011. Ford was going to close STAP anyways and you got nothing but empty promises that are just old news.We need leadership not cowards at work.
Finally I would just like to say, that STAP employees deserve more then this from the company. The union knew for years that STAP was closing and told membership on the floor to trust your union leadership, don't listen to the media, however, in the end, we learned from the media we were closing, not from the union or the company. I think we desrved a little bit more respect then that. Up until now, I have been a proud CAW member, now instgead of holding my head up high I'm embarrassed because the union has lost the fundametal values, workers rights, job security, fair wage, and future. Chose a side...workers side or company side! Even the UAW members fought back their leadership .it was a no vote They received committment from the company, new products and job security. no mre consession till we get some jobs back . p.s tell whitey if u see him alot of ppl blame him not scott smith the escape goat.

sry , let me make myself clear , fuck everybody else , lets look after us first including my fellow americians south of canada , not mexico and then if there"S any extras well look after them . after all we made the profits for ford , to make the investments . its sounds like you"re ok with current conditions . who fucking cares if its an upgrade for brazil we and other plants in north america need upgrade fuck . fix north america first then worry about the rest . my plant hasn"t had an upgrade in 20 or more years , pure profit for ford , at my plant on new investments just plant closure . maybe you are slated to close next who knows . good luck with that everybodies jobs are at the mercy of the company and your unions uaw-caw there a joke at this point ! i forgot gm is going to build a mega plant in india 7,000,000 square feet to produce 600000 cars and they took bail out money now thats funny 30000 us jobs 10000 canadain jobs no new investmest here , maybe its me but im get fucked and so is every other americian !

SOON TO BE X-STAP-ER AND it's just my opion ,BUT i work at st thomas asembly plant IN ONTARIO CANADA were the current crown vic is biult , and this all sounds alot like the way we started closing us BACK IN 2007 WHEN WE WENT TO ONE SHIFT . we are to close in 2011. i for one vote no to the canadian conssesions but it got passed by our union CAW . what a joke believe in your union , they well sell u out to save themselves , u know the dues you pay to them ha ha ha bottom line . i wished our union members had the balls to vote no agaainst more than just consessions , i"d rather go out fighting , them closing us anyway, then sucking the company off and get fucked it"S worker against worker plant against plant in a union . they are no longer working for the little guy , there in to deep with the company and in a sense they are the company . the real union is the shop floor thats were the power is ,fight take back your union ,take back your country , free trade works only for the upper 10 % or less rich !! bring back the middleclasss !!!!!!!!!!!
