why are all the leaders at dtp company kiss asses? some of them are also squealers and boss informants! i know trim and final leaders are bad but ive also heard paint has some real kiss ass leaders also.are they drinking the special kool aid?i get why they take the job so they dont have to work the line --- but then it goes to their head and they start talking like bosses and making bosses calls for them! my friends in paint say they have some leaders getting special favors over there like personal days whenever they want and special parking! wtf why dosent the union make the leader job a company job so these kiss asses can be bosses if thats what they want

------ bob king didnt make these concessions permanent--- the buttholes who voted yes on the last national contract did!---------i voted no and did what i could do hopeing it would of gotten turned down and iuaw went back to get what we lost---but the money up front swayed the majority of the uaw to make those concessions permanent!So just got done reading the ruling and no wonder they kept it under wraps for so long, UAW prez Bob King dropped the ball and didnt have everything in writing as lengths of time for company sacrifices but then turns around and makes our sacrifices perm with this latest contract...thanks Bob! Hope all u union officials that strong armed this contract are happy to have a job...we just blew 50 yrs of sweat and tears by our union for better working hrs,pay, and healthcare for us and for retired members in less than ten yrs !!!!! Ford is laughing all the way to the bank! Do us a favor Bob and retire now u have done enough damage...i mean a lawsuit on verbal discussions and handshakes for evidence...REALLY!!

Those left at Saline have passed up many facilities numerous times. They have been offered MAP, DTP, AAI, Chicago, Kentucky, and more...REPEATEDLY. If they were so stubborn as to not take the opprotunity, when EVERYONE knew they had only a short time left, then in my opinion, FORD HAS tried to take care of them, but THEY refused the offers. You can't help those that refuse to help themselves.
dtp will take them right to chassis or trim and final so they wont be without a new home -------- welcome dark blue ! youll love it at dtp ---- good jobs ---- strong union and plenty of overtime
