What??? do you know when the "power" really kicks in on the 5.0L??? its not right away....I have driven both and can attest that the ECO is a much smoother quicker engine then the 5.0L but the 5.0 does sound much throatier! forsure.... have you driven both engines???
Need to obtain a better sounding exhaust system for Eco!

I'm going to ask my dealer to throw in a half dozen of the Motorcraft filters when I take delivery on my new EB (if it ever arrives).
How did your dealer respond?
-
Lariat Screw, EB, 4x4, 3.31, 6.5, Oxford White with Adobe lower, adobe interior.
See that window sticker is up now.
How/where did you get your window sticker? I have ordered Lariat Screw EB 4X4 3.73 6.5 tri white adobe int.

Thanks to everyone for the responses. Let me first say i am working with the dealer. I have to say they have been GREAT - but have not been able to find the problem. This is the fourth truck I buy from them, and have always been great to deal with. My last trucks had 0 issues - nothing at all. This is why I purchased another Ford. I am not one of those who blame the dealer - having said that I also will state my case clearly and expect things to be fixed. I agree it is a little premature to get legal advice - the truck has been many times so far - trying to fix the problem. They have replaced steering shafts, and stablizer links. Tried other things - they are stumped. You can understand that your blood begins to boil every time you drive the truck and feel this clunking in the steering.
Pertaining to when it occurs - does not matter. Smooth surface, rough surface, turning, going straight - various speeds. It feels as if someone is hitting the steering wheel with a hammer. They check over everything and still not able to located the problem - and they feel the same thing when they drive it (so it's not me - or my drivinig).
The reason for posting - I was hoping that someone else would have a similar issue with solution/fix.
Did this issue get fixed properly?

I actually noticed "Made in Korea" stamped on quite a few parts in the interior of the transmission. Korean quality standards are about the same as Chinese though.
Did this fix work?

Hey all, I have a 2011 F150 SCREW Eco 4X4 Lariat coming and was unable to order with upgraded NAV and stereo. Looking for any experience obtained with upgrading the stereo system with aftermarket items. Maybe NAV included too. The stock systems realty are poor which is unfortunate for a great truck.
Thanks!

You're killing me!!! I deleted NAV off of my order to get my truck built and now you say that if I had left it on it would have gotten built anyway!!!? Sh!t Sh!t Sh!t!!!!!!!!
Anyone want a loaded Lariat Crew Eco Boost 157" with everything other than the tailgate step and of course NAV and 20"s!!!?? Might as well wait for a 2012 now!!!
I have exactly the same order. This sucks.
