  1. "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order." This is the same message I've gotten on all of the other sites. I think the simple fact is that their ordering system doesn't work. I've tried other VINs from other Ford customers (including both delivered vehicles and ones still on order) and the response is always the same.

    my mistake this site

  2. Congratulations! Mustang looks awesome. If you don't mind my asking, how long did it take for your car to show up on cotusb? I've tried ever since my order was placed over a month ago, and it can never find it. I have the VIN and now the window sticker, but www.cotusb.ford.com (and without the "b") always says "a matching vehicle could not be found."

i dont recall but this site worked the best....use link in below post

  3. It was really bad during the 2013 Fusion/MKZ launches where they were holding thousands of vehicles and even shipping some to Michigan and back to replace headlights. Once the car goes into the holding pen there is no tracking.

just dont understand how others are being delivered and/or have ETA dates while mine doesnt when it had an original ETA date of 5/7; FordService on another site said it was sent offsite for add-ons; the only things i added to the car was the 401A package. OTT stripes and a spare tire kit

This is frustrating when this happens. Ford needs a better way of tracking these vehicles that have been built but don't have shipping details.

agreed; its been this old way since my first factory order in 2012; i dont know how i go from having a delivery date to poof N/A; how hard is it to scan a bar code or something that updates your cars status
