maybe you and T.G. are the same full of s--t..I need no help.Come on Big forker..... I have made many mistakes on this forum.
Besides if The General and I knew something about everything, do you think we would still be just your regular member at DTP and CAP?
Really, if that was true (knowing something about everything) The General, would be your... District Representative, me I`d be your... Alternate District Represenative.........

The General dosn't speak for anybody in the U.S. so just dismiss what he blow's out his BIG HOLE.Wow! No wonder ford is running test vehicles that you guys build at plants in the US..
With our 2nd Tier pay scale we will be getting lots of new product to build here in the near future.

I rarely see managment working (I work on days Chassis 6/7 relief), I would love to see one working and would write them up in an instant if I saw it.
As for FMLAs, now this is a crap shoot. I know people who abuse them weekly and screw over the rest of the team. I have a headache, I am going home. Amazingly my kid gets sick at school every thursday, i am going home. It's supposed to be 90 degrees today?? Screw that I am going home via fmla.
If i get a headache, i take an asprin, If i want a thursday off, i use personal time, If it is gonna be a hot day I dress accordingly and stay hydrated, if my kid is feeling under the weather I have a back up plan so I do not have to miss work.

you can't work 7 days unless you work sat,sun,days and mon afternoon's. yes I work DTP MPL on days.Yes the engine line does work 7 days a week just like the rest of the plant, DTP runs 3 crews, thought you worked at DTP, sounds like your full of shit.
